Steve

Redditch born Stevie has been playing music since childhood - he still is a big kid!

He recorded with members of Video with Robby. The band had a single in the lower reaches of the charts and was on the same record label as Annie Lennox and The Tourists.

Stevie spent a lot of time touring the world with Robby, providing entertainment for many Club Med resorts, later playing guitar and vocals in Trident, a very successful band for 12 years, around the Midlands.

Rob

Originally from Wolverhampton, Robby (aka Robby Real) was a prominent guitarist in several successful Birmingham bands back in the 70s and 80s. Most notably, he was in Valhalla, Beau Flyer and Video. The latter band had a single in the lower reaches of the charts and was on the same record label as Annie Lennox and The Tourists.

Robby then spent many years in Australia and Japan, where he had a lot of success with The Robby Real Band, making several TV appearances and touring Japan. He had two CDs released in Japan; ‘Hot Rod’ and ‘Rockin with Ricky’.

One of Robby’s songs from this album was used on the soundtrack of the Hollywood film ‘The 51st State’ starring Samuel L Jackson and Robert Carlyle. The song, ‘Nightime Boy’ is a crowd favorite in The Ritz Bros’ set.

Graham

Born in Marston Green near Birmingham, Graham started playing Fray Bentos pie tins when he was 15. At 17 he sold his train set to his friend (and later manager) Pete Bates to buy his first drum kit.

After 2 years of "practicing" the kit had been smashed to bits and he then got a "real" kit. Valhalla, the band he played in with Robbie, (the name taken from Led Zeppelin's Immigrant Song) was formed in 1971.

The band were quite successful, touring with lots of well known major bands but folded in the mid seventies and Graham then joined Firefly, a powerpop band. 2 years and lots of gigs later Graham joined with ex Valhalla guitarist Alan Powell and top keyboard player Paul Brambani to form Condor.

Condor toured clubs, pubs, recorded and produced rock operas for many years, playing a mixture of covers and original material. At the same time Condor was the nucleus of Jive, a high energy Rock&Roll band. Alan, Graham and Paul still play together today!

Graham has since played with many Jazz, Club, Country, Sixties and and Rock&Roll bands - too many to mention here.
